Koe’sister magazine was born during the Covid-19 lockdown and is a project with heart. What started as a Facebook group where people shared their komvandaan (heritage) stories and recipes turned into this magazine.
The recipes and stories, beautifully captured in Koe’sister, evoke nostalgia and inspires the reader to not only start cooking and baking but also to sit, read and reflect on the stories told by people that often feel overlooked by the mainstream media.
